... a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor based in Plymouth. I have 2 wonderful children, a part time role as a Paramedic and lots of family and friends that I love to see.
I’m lucky to have the support in place so that I can keep up with my very busy life. This means however that the methods I use need to fit around my hectic schedule, be time efficient and give optimum results, and they do just this!
My programmes combine functional training, strength and conditioning, flexibility and core elements, alongside the all-important nutritional guidance which will get you the results you are looking for.
My goal is to ensure that all my clients live the best life possible for them. By refusing to follow fad diet and fitness regimes it means my clients feel happy and motivated on their journey to the happiest, healthiest and most sustainable version of themselves, that will stick for a lifetime.
I offer fantastic 1:2:1 personal training sessions and buddy up PT sessions so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for your free initial consultation. You will also find me taking group training in the park….AKA Fit Boot Camp. These sessions are suitable for all abilities so please come along and have a go!
